I am writing to say thank you. Your rental service is top notch. I was fortunate to have seen your commercial on G4, I became a member the same day. I love video games, but I hate having to buying them with the chance that it may not be at the store. Just like DVD's, you have to store them somewhere, I don't like them just sitting around my apartment taking up space. That makes sense I hope, and now I sound like an OCD freak. I feel as if I have my own private library of games, that I have total, anytime access to. Anyway, I have taken up enough of your time with my incessant babbling. Once again thank you for your services, it is definitely a welcome addition into my life.

This is a great, great thing! Before joining GameFly I researched every online rental place out there, and I went with Gamefly because of your superior title selection, that games are almost always available to ship immediately (even brand new titles that have to be in high demand), and the ease of use and functionality of your website. The Q is well designed and really easy to use, and the best feature is the availability indicator that allows me to know if a title is available to ship immediately.

Thanks for the great job guys. And while having the instructions isn't necessarily a requirement to play console games, adding them to your website reinforces just how dedicated you are to keeping your service the best one out there.
